Happy Friday everyone! I don’t have too much to share since I haven’t been doing much thrifting. My husband’s been gone since Sunday and my toddler is in full-on active mode. Still, I did score some Shiny Brite ornaments and drove around the countryside looking for a Shasta camper to pass the time. I did find one, but it was outside and the door was open…and the previous owner reportedly got in a bit of trouble for owning wolves. If the door of the Shasta was closed I would have asked her about it.
Other than that, nothing is happening. I did go to a tag sale with Tammy a few weeks ago and forgot to share this sweet table.
We were surprised it was still there. We showed up an hour and a half late to the sale, but it was still hiding in the basement. It does need some refinishing but for $10 I was sold.
Have a great weekend everyone!

What a neat find and for $10?! You guy/gals at snag seem to always get the best deals. I always get nervous when it comes to haggling a good price. Tomorrow I’m heading to an estate sale, hope to find some treasures with reasonable prices.
Hi Susie! Thanks 🙂 We are working on a post for negotiating and hopefully it will be ready soon. Did you find any treasures?
Hi Angela, yes I found some treasures! In particular, 2 mid century lamps. My husband hates them (but he dislikes most everything I get at sales) :(. He just dosent understand my passion for vintage, and thinks I’m becoming a pack rat. So I may have to part with the lamps. When I get around to it, I will email you a picture of them, and also a picture of my broyhill saga hutch.
Yay! Isn’t it funny my husband pretty much hates all the lamps I bring home too. It took him awhile to get in the vintage spirit so maybe he’ll come around? Yes please do email them 🙂 Glad you had good luck!
That is so cool!
Thanks Jacob!
