Last weekend was cold and snowy, which led me to the decision to stay put in my warm house. Therefore I decided to go though my old pictures to find something to post on. I took these photographs over a year and a half ago so I guess it’s time to share. I found these during my crazed Pyrex addiction, which never really goes away. I found all three at our local Goodwill. At that time I usually paid around $0.99 per bowl, so imagine my joy when I found them!
This is a 1958 Pyrex promotional Cinderella chip and dip set in the “balloon” pattern. The large chip bowl is #444 (4 quarts) and the dip bowl is #441 (1.5 pints). The turquoise color and amazing hot air balloon graphics make this my all-time favorite Pyrex pattern. What is not to love?
Make sure you don’t miss the sun and moon!
I may have overindulged in my Pyrex obsession and now find myself overlooking it at sales, although there are certain patterns I would still love to add to my collection. At the top of that list is the divided dish “dandelion” pattern. Do you have a favorite Pyrex pattern?

Just darling! I love this pattern. I’ll have to keep my eye out now in hopes of finding this Cinderella pattern. The dandelion pattern sounds cute too.
Thanks Susie!
I’ve been dying to find this pattern but haven’t had any luck at reasonable prices! It’s my face!
